With a few words in your Will you can ensure that children who are struggling with their reading are gifted the opportunity to become real readers, so enhancing their prospects of future success in their careers, lives, and general wellbeing.  The smallest amount can make a significant change to a child’s life chances and you can ensure your legacy really lasts.

Why do we need your support?

Around 20% of children leave primary school reading below the expected level. In some areas of disadvantage, this can be as high as 60% of children. Oxfordshire has more than 16,000 children currently living in poverty and with the cost-of-living crisis this number is growing.

Your gift would ensure a lasting impact on those most in need.

How might my gift make a difference?

If you would like to support ARCh and the next generation of readers by giving them a lifetime’s gift, we can ensure it is put to the best use to expand the work of the Charity.

• £4000 will recruit, train, and equip five new volunteers and support them for a year.
• £768 will recruit, train, and equip one new volunteer and support them for a year.
• £300 will buy one box of books and games.
• £20 will buy two word games.
• £10 will buy a book to engage a reluctant reader.
